Possesses the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, in a clear, concise, positive manner with all stakeholders (internal/external, patients, staff, and visitors). A PM’s primary responsibilities include analyzing, problem-solving, action planning, organizing, improving, implementing, maintaining efficient and effective daily operations, and general management of the practice(s), and other duties, as assigned. The PM reports to the Administrative Director (AD) and works with the AD to actively support and ensure that CHS/CHMG leadership strategic plans, initiatives, financial, and operational goals are achieved in a timely, effective, and positive manner. The PM provides cross coverage of functional areas and works the front-office, back-office, billing, and other administrative functions, as needed, to ensure smooth daily operations.

    This position has administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for overseeing the routine business and clinical functions of the practice(s) through hiring, directing, supervising, and training of administrative and clinical staff, such as front desk, billing, medical assistants, medical records, nursing, ancillary services, and other staff to ensure maximum utilization of resources, cross-coverage of functions, and efficient delivery of services of the assigned practice(s).
